The Agenda Drivers

The below people and companies are not an exhaustive list but play a pivotal role in rolling out the Cheltenham 2030 agenda.

Iain Dobie

As of June 2024 there is a new 'Cabinet Member for Climate Emergency', Mr Iain Dobie.  We don't hold out much hope of the fake 'climate emergency' being lifted or critical thinking entering the room anytime soon!

Be sure to let him know any concerns you may have [email protected]. You can use our template letter if you wish.

Max Wilkinson

Ex-Councillor for Oakley and now Parliamentary Candidate for the Lib Dems in Cheltenham. Max introduced the “Climate Emergency Action Plan” without consulting you whilst he was performing his role as “Cabinet Member Climate Emergency”: https://democracy.cheltenham.gov.uk/

Do you feel this is someone you can trust after he gave you no say in the matter when declaring a climate emergency? Do you think he will serve you well as future parliamentary leader?

Vision 21

We had brought to your attention the similarity between the Global Plan (Agenda 21/30) and Cheltenham 2030. Vision 21 are very open about the fact that Agenda21 co-created Vision21 and that it is a local level drive to enact this United Nations Agenda:

As noted on the Cheltenham Borough Council website;

Vision 21 is proud to be a founder member of the CheltenhamZero partnership, which was launched in June 2021. The CheltenhamZero Partnership is an amalgamation of public services, the business sector and community groups, all of which have pledged to work towards the shared goal of making Cheltenham Net Zero Carbon by 2030.”

Planet Cheltenham

An offshoot of Vision21, people like Dave Entwistle and Raechel Kelly work at both organisations. Planet Cheltenham works in partnership and is funded by Cheltenham Borough Council and Gloucestershire County Council to advance the Net Zero agenda.

A fine example of a “public-private partnership” which is heavily advocated by the World Economic Forum.
